Since 1966, Nova Electric has been America’s premier manufacturer of single-phase rugged Frequency Converters to suit any commercial, industrial, or military application, including those that require compliance to military environmental and electrical standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-S-901, MIL-STD-167, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1399, RTCA/DO-160, and more. These solid-state units are available in 500 watt – 30+ KW power levels, in multiple mounting configurations including rack mount, freestanding or bulkhead-mounted cabinet, and custom enclosures to suit applications with tight space constraints. Any standard input or output voltage can be accommodated, in 50, 60, or 400 Hz frequencies. Specialty output frequencies, such as 25, 91.667, 100, 200, 209, and 250 Hz. for rail signaling applications, are available optionally. Likewise, battery backup functionality is optional on many models. Finally, all Nova Electric Solid-State Frequency Converters feature our modular design and robust construction, for many years of reliable performance, as well as low MTTR and Cost-To-Own figures.
